Description
Chloe exudes warm, feminine appeal with dark beauty and a bohemian spirit. Youthful in its design, this unique casting is slightly audacious, being both cutting edge and enduring at the same time. The Chloe electric fire features remote control and an independent flame effect; the flames can be used alone or together with low or high heat settings. The realistic flame effect uses LED lighting for further efficiency.

This fire will fit into any of our standard back panels.
If you have a flat wall installation you will need a 3” rebate on the surround. All of our surrounds can be manufactured with a 3” rebate.

Delivered by our own drivers, your new fireplace will be carefully carried and placed in the room of your choice. Based in the Midlands we provide free of charge delivery to most parts of mainland UK.
As all of our products are made to order please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery (4 weeks for Scotland). We also offer an express service on some of our more common products, these products will be wrapped well and send via a trusted carrier within 3 working days.
As there is nothing to pay until your items are delivered ordering is easy, you can either order online and pay in advance or select the pay on delivery option. Alternatively just email or phone us with the items you want, your name, a delivery address and contact number. We will then confirm your order. One of our staff will then contact you when your order is ready to arrange a date and a two hour time slot for delivery.
Payment can be made on delivery by cheque, cash, BACS (internet banking) or any of the major card brands.
Installation
All of our oak products are supplied with simple, hidden fixing brackets free of charge.
DIY FIXINGS
All of our oak products can be fitted easily either by a competent DIY'er or one of our trusted and recommended installers.
FREE OF CHARGE
The fixings we supply are completely free of charge!
INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED
All of our oak products will have comprehensive installation instructions upon delivery and we're always on hand for advice!

How long will delivery take?
We work on an average of 2 weeks for deliveries to England and Wales, and 4 weeks to deliveries to Scotland. (A lot of the time it can be quicker if we have a run scheduled in your area, so give us a call if you need something quicker!) We also have a express delivery service available on certain products, they will be delivered within 3 working days.
Will the Electric Fire fit into the fireplace and back panel i've chosen??
Yes, we will always check and cut the hole in the Marble back panel to ensure the Electric Fire will fit in.
Do I need a chimney to install an Electric Fire?
Nope! The wonderful thing about an electric fires is that they do not fumes, gases or soot. Simply install the fire, plug it in, turn it on and enjoy.
(If you are installing on a flat wall, you will need a 3" rebate on the surround, please contact us for more information)

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery to Mainland UK adresses are completely free of charge with our own delivery drivers.
We can also arrange deliveries to Islands and Highlands of Scotland, Northern and Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man

Where is your Oak sourced from?
We maintain our high quality standards by using only the best when it comes to materials. We use only the finest hand picked FSC certified European Kiln Dried oak for our kiln dried oak fire surrounds and mantel shelves and Stunning European air dried oak for our Rustic Oak Fire Surrounds and Rustic Oak Mantel Shelves.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop?
